Public Art is a light and satirical exploration of the relationship between photography and art. The story follows Arturo, a lonely, semi-pro photographer, who is seeking recognition as an artist. After falling in and out of love, not only does he change but so does his artwork. In the end, he accepts himself more as an artist and person
