PSYCHOTIC! is a bloody low-budget slasher film set in the hard-partying Bushwick music scene of Brooklyn, NY. The rent is too damn high but the body count is higher in his stylized genre picture that follows two struggling artists, Tim and Stuart, as they struggle to patch up their friendship while looking for love at some of the hottest hot spots in Brooklyn. Instead they become entangled in the diabolical plot of a masked murderer known as the "Bushwick Party Killer". It's up to Tim and Stuart to figure out who keeps killing the life of the party
