When Portland OR is plagued with an unknown outbreak, The U.S government creates a perimeter around the city, allowing no one to cross. Three high school friends find themselves in the middle of a dangerous landscape, as they make their way to the so called "borders" in order to escape the city. As a rogue U.S General decides the future of the city, there are some within his ranks who refuse to go along with his ways. The dead have risen up, and are hunting the living.
