The 21st century South Asian landscape is plagued by terror, anarchy and is ruled by merciless criminal groups. Ahmad Ali is a highly trained operative of an anti-terrorist force in Pakistan. While fighting against the deadly Rustam criminal network a nexus of hardcore terrorists and criminal mafia headed by crime boss Rustam. Ahmad Ali had lost many comrades and had nothing much left in his life. After leaving the force he goes underground to pursue a personal mission of elimination of the Rustam network and its ruthless mercenaries that are playing a bloody game of terror in the country and gaining a strong foothold in the entire region. In his pursuit Ahmad is joined by Romana who is a bold TV anchor and is also the sister of a fallen comrade. She later gets abducted by Rustam forcing Ahmad to come to her rescue and speed up his mission
