The film revolves around a fictional character, Chandrabhan Upadhyay. The British Government was terrified at the name of that ravenous barbarian. After Gandhiji's release from Aga khan Jail in 1944,Gandhiji were staying at Juhu, Bombay in a bungalow where Chandrabhan Upadhyay trespassed just to kill him.
